Welcome

We are pleased that you are interested in our work and we hope you enjoy our photo gallery. We look forward to keeping you up to date on our work and would like to show how your contribution makes a difference!
In the background, you can see the first of newly built apartment buildings and a team of construction workers who are clearing the ground for the next project.
The school is to be built here. The facility is divided into four locations. This includes the school, a mosque, a living and leisure area.
Work on the foundation walls. The facility extends to approximately 1200 m2 and is divided into four areas. The living area is about 400 m2.
This wall forms the end and serves to protect the furnishings. The entire complex, including the mosque, boarding school and residential buildings, is already in place.
2019 - Opening of the mosque and boarding school, not only for orphans.
Due to its capacity, the facility houses not only orphans, but also entire families.
The forecourt during construction. The plant has a total of eight wells.
On the left, you can see an already established well, which is not only available for residents of the facility, but also for use of other villagers.
The inauguration: families, caregivers and employees gather to attend the speech.
The fountains were used festively and painted by local residents. For logistical reasons, each well was named, and the date of commissioning was allocated.
Inauguration of one of the eight wells in Benin, Ghana. Villagers draw water for themselves and their families. The villagers are exceptionally pleased.
The large facility offers the residents enough areas of shade and plenty of space.
There are 150 residential buildings on the complex. In each house, there is room for up to three families.
The boarding school is located at the heart of the complex. Classes take place regularly and all children attend school.
Children romp and play in the area of the recently opened mosque.
Residents sitting in front of the house doing their work.
Villagers show neighbourly willingness to help. The villagers are actively involved in the distribution of the food.
Distribution of firewood. On the right, a transporter can be seen delivering logs into the village.
Milk and other animal products are laid out and distributed to every household.
The arrival of the transporter and members of the association bring the residents together in a festive mood.
Several people live together in a confined space. Laundry is usually still washed by hand. Almost everything is lacking.
The residents are dependent on mutual help - the only way that they can make ends meet.
The association and residents rely on clothing donations. So far, it has not been possible to secure clothing. However, that should change in the future.
Work does not stop, even during the Corona crisis. The village community needs help now more than ever.
Not only are potatoes and canned foods distributed, but also fresh products.
All-round care. Not just food, but also hygiene products.
If you wonder where the donations go to. Help that arrives!
Ready-to-collect food packages, which were assembled thanks to helping hands.
Eating together, distributing hot meals. Unlike in summer, hot meals are essential in the winter period. In planning: a warm canteen will soon offer hot meals on a regular basis.
The residents receive no state support and suffer from high unemployment. As day laborers, many attempt to claim their daily meal.
The residents of Lipjan and the surrounding area (Kosovo) live in the poorest conditions. Windowpanes are replaced by shreds of clothing and these do not offer protection against the cold.
Relief. The firewood is transported in wheelbarrows. Heat is generated at least for a short time. Some residents do not have a gas stove and also use this wood to prepare their hot meals.
